Some websites somehow cooked a story that Ram Gopal Varma is going to contest this election. It is said that BJP will be fielding Ram Gopal Varma against MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi on his home turf. Several websites and news channels carried this news too.
Finally, Ramu himself had to clarify about this rumor. “Reports suggesting that I am contesting against Asaduddin Owaisi are false” posted the maverick director on his Twitter account.
